  • Introduction

    In response to the challenges brought forth by the development of economic digitalization and globalization, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has developed a Base Erosion and Profit Shifting tax reform system (BEPS 2.0), which has two elements: Pillar One and Pillar Two. Amongst them, Pillar One provides new nexus and profit allocation rules with the objective of reallocating large multinational enterprises’ net profit to other member entities of its Group in a more equitable manner. With the purpose of enabling practitioners to better understand the content of Piller One, this course shall cover the topics below:

    • Introduction of BEPS 2.0 project: Pillar One
    • Concept and impact of Amount A and Amount B of Pillar One
    • Case studies

    • Upon acceptance the enrollment, it is non-transferable. Organizer reserve the rights to cancel the training and amend the terms and conditions.
    • Participants who have completed 2 course hours will receive an digital certificate of attendance issued jointly by CPC, ACCA and CPTTM.
      Participants who log in the online platform 15 minutes after coursecommencement (19:15) or those who log off the online platform before course conclusion (20:30) are perceived as absent and will not be issued a certificate of attendance.
